Senior Finance Transformation Leader - SAP FICO

We are seeking a seasoned finance transformation leader with extensive expertise in SAP FICO to drive business value and growth.

The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with 14+ years of experience leading large-scale SAP FICO projects, encompassing mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, and divestitures.

  • Deliver comprehensive SAP FICO project solutions during M&A transactions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal financial processes.
  • Provide strategic counsel to CXO-level stakeholders on financial process optimization, control, and SAP integration during transactions.
  • Oversee solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment aligned to M&A requirements, driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead process optimization, transformation, and excellence initiatives across multi-project environments.
  • Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and thought leadership in M&A-SAP domain, leveraging expertise to drive business results.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record in SAP FICO implementation and large-scale finance transformations.
  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP-M&A project experience, including mergers, acquisitions, and carve-outs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams.
