Learning Solutions Consultant
You'll make a difference by:
- Client Needs Analysis Collaborate with clients to thoroughly understand their business objectives, performance gaps, and specific learning needs. Tailor solutions that directly address these needs and create measurable impact.
- Comprehensive Learning Strategy Partner with clients and internal teams (including Instructional Designers and Learning Experience Designers) to develop comprehensive learning strategies aligned with adult learning principles. This includes defining learning objectives, target audiences, content outlines, delivery methods, and evaluation strategies.
- Implementation Support Work closely with Instructional Designers and Learning Experience Designers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure the effective implementation of designed solutions. Provide guidance and feedback to ensure alignment with client needs and learning objectives.
- Business Acumen Demonstrate a strong understanding of business operations across various industries and the impact of organizational transformation projects on learning requirements.
- Continuous Improvement Proactively seek feedback on learning programs, stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in learning and development, and implement continuous improvements to enhance program effectiveness and learner engagement.
- Evaluation & Measurement Design and implement methods to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using a variety of assessment tools, including surveys, quizzes, performance evaluations, and key performance indicators. Analyze data to demonstrate the impact of learning interventions on business outcomes.
- Workshop Facilitation Present learning solutions and engage stakeholders in interactive discussions.
- Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients at all levels.
- Stakeholder Management Effectively communicate proposed solutions to top management levels within client organizations.
- Quality & Attention to Detail Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Adaptability Navigate ambiguity effectively and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing client priorities and project requirements.
- Engagement Delivery Support Work directly with clients across all phases of the ADDIE model.
- Project Management Effectively manage multiple learning projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, collaborate effectively, and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in learning and development, training, or consulting roles.
Proven experience in partnering with clients and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop tailored solutions.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
