**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our EXL IT Service Management team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing proactive and reactive support to our clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Provide comprehensive support through various channels (phone, email, and chat) to ensure a positive user experience.

  • • Partner with users to ensure seamless integration and support of the Record Retrieval portal.

  • • Troubleshoot issues related to order submission, unavailable records, forms, subpoena signature issues, and problems accessing approval screens.

  • • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution.

Requirements:

  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • • Customer service experience, preferably in a similar role.

  • • Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams with some technical skills.

  • • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
