Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customer base to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer success and adoption of our products and services.
- Monitor customer engagement and usage of our platform to identify opportunities for growth and upsell.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product development.
- Provide training and onboarding to new customers to ensure their successful adoption of our platform.
Requirements:
- Strong customer-focused approach with the ability to manage and prioritize customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with customer success, account management, or related customer-facing roles.
- Understanding of the SaaS industry and experience with SAAS platforms is a plus.
