As a Technical Account Manager at Adobe, you'll be part of a collaborative and dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver proactive and preventative services to ensure smooth operation of Adobe products
  • Provide onsite and production support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams to drive customer technical issues forward
  • Maintain deep understanding of products and technologies to help customers avoid issues and mitigate risks
  • Lead customers through complex environment changes, ensuring successful implementation of Adobe products

Qualifications:

- Multi-year experience in complex enterprise IT environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Validated presentation skills and experience in high-profile customer interactions
- Ability to analyze enterprise software issues

Preferable Skills:
  • Customer-facing experience in enterprise projects, object-oriented programming experience, SQL, Javascript, AngularJS, JQuery, CSS, MongoDB, web-server technologies
  • Apollo/Sling, JCR, CQ/AEM, CRM, Adobe Analytics or other Marketing Cloud solutions
