We are currently hiring for a technical support specialist to provide multilingual customer assistance via various channels. This is a great opportunity for an experienced communicator fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English who is passionate about resolving technical issues.

Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to serve as the initial point of contact for users worldwide, handling technical support queries related to mobile devices and services while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide multilingual customer support (Portuguese, Spanish & English) via phone, chat, email or other communication channels
  • Troubleshoot mobile device and connectivity problems efficiently
  • Log and manage service tickets accurately and effectively
  • Liaise with telecom providers and internal teams to resolve service-related issues promptly
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams for complex technical queries
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 2–6 years of experience in international voice process / technical support roles
  • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages including Portuguese, Spanish, and English
  • Ability to work in a dynamic 24/7 rotational shift environment (including night shifts)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with mobile technologies and ticketing tools is highly desirable
  • Self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
