Creative Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Creative Direction Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving brand excellence and business growth through creative leadership, strategic thinking, and client partnership.

Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to blend their creative vision with business acumen to drive results. You will serve as the lead for assigned brands, owning the relationship and guiding the brand's creative and strategic direction.

You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end creative process, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and creative vision. This includes guiding the development of strategic briefs, reviewing and approving all creative deliverables, and activating cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and effective creative reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the lead for assigned brand(s), owning the relationship and guiding the brand's creative and strategic direction.
  • Lead accounts with agency fees totaling $4M–$10M+, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Act as a thought leader across internal and external meetings, bringing a strategic, informed, and authoritative presence.
Client & Relationship Management:

You will build deep trust and equity with clients, becoming their most valued strategic partner. Develop relationships beyond the core client team, including vendors, research, sales, and medical teams. Proactively identify opportunities to influence client-side decision-making and navigate difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.

Creative & Operational Excellence:

Oversee the end-to-end creative process, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and creative vision. Guide the development of strategic briefs, review and approve all creative deliverables, and activate cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and effective creative reviews.

Financial Stewardship:

Own the financial health of the account, including forecasting, phasing, and utilization. Review and approve project estimates, SOWs, and finance trackers, collaborating with project management and leadership to meet revenue goals and optimize team utilization.

Team Leadership & Development:

Mentor and coach junior staff, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and accountability. Lead brand planning initiatives in partnership with strategy and creative teams, promoting live interactions and collaboration to enhance the client experience and internal alignment.
