Director of Brand Innovation

We're seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our brand's creative vision, driving consistency and impact across every touchpoint.
This is an exceptional opportunity to redefine how modern businesses think about employee healthcare, shaping our voice, visuals, and presence in a category ripe for disruption.
The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience in agency + in-house brand roles, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams and delivering high-impact, multi-channel brand campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the creative vision for our brand across design, content, social, PR, motion, and events
- Driving integrated campaigns that build awareness, consideration, and pipeline through digital, ATL, BTL, social, and events
- Mentoring a team of designers, content creators, video editors, and social media specialists
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles, visual hierarchy, motion graphics, and digital-first thinking, as well as hands-on ability to write creative copy, content, scripts, and translate strategy into storytelling.
The role requires strategic thinkers who can craft compelling narratives, manage multiple projects, and drive results-driven creativity.
