Job Description:
  We are seeking a Executive Housekeeper to oversee the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas meet high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
  
  • Inspect rooms and public areas after cleaning to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Run sold room reports and verify room status to prioritize cleaning tasks.
  • Assist in managing daily housekeeping activities and coordinate with other departments as needed.
  • Document and resolve issues related to discrepant rooms with the front desk.
  • Prepare and distribute room assignments and communicate changes to staff.


Requirements:
  
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field is necessary.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred but not required.


Preferred Qualifications:
  
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.


Physical Requirements:
  
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds without assistance.
  • Push and pull loaded carts and machinery over uneven surfaces.
  • Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods.
