We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Structure Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing building structures that meet client needs while adhering to industry standards.", "Key Responsibilities:", "

  • Develop project-specific implementation strategies and collaborate with project teams to ensure BIM success by standardizing and documenting Revit workflows and best practices.
  • Handle or lead multiple projects with the help of Project Designers.
  • Assist in preparing BIM guidelines for project-specific requirements.
  • Assist in training project personnel in the use of BIM tools.
  • Create and maintain BIM models for project-specific requirements.
  • Identify conflicts, incomplete, or ambiguous design information and discuss with the engineering team and coordinate with other discipline teams.
  • Attend or manage model coordination meetings and document project preconstruction/BIM meetings.
  • Create new library components and maintain them once the project is over.
  • Provide ongoing support for all BIM applications and work closely with Design.
  • Generate BIM documents to submit for construction/bidding purposes and participate in structure coordination phases of projects when Revit models are required for clash detection.
  • Maintain BIM standards and design templates to ensure quality and consistency of the design environment and deliverables throughout various offices worldwide.
  • Review and QA/QC project deliverables.
