Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Education Impact Consultant. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on adopting and using educational software.

In this position, you will work collaboratively with our clients to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for implementing positive change. You will also be responsible for providing training and support to clients, as well as conducting regular check-ins to ensure they are meeting their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice to clients on adopting and using educational software
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop strategies for implementing positive change
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure they are meeting their goals
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support client adoption and usage of educational software
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with administrative aspects of education preferred
