Job Title: Enterprise Security Solutions Specialist

The role of an Enterprise Security Solutions Specialist is crucial in today's digital landscape, as it involves aligning with customers' needs to provide effective security solutions.

About the Role:

This position requires providing technical leadership and expertise to customers' security transformation journeys. The successful candidate will play a key role in defining technical solutions that secure customers' key business imperatives and ensuring value realization of their investment in enterprise security solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas by building and implementing strategic account plans that target cross-platform security solutions.
  • Position, demonstrate and create high-level designs across the entire portfolio of enterprise security solutions based on customer business needs.
  • Conduct discovery to understand and articulate the key technical, operational, and commercial imperatives of customers and prospects.
  • Work closely with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Specialist teams to ensure overall customer implementation and adoption of security solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to influence through effective presentations and customer-specific demos, technical engagements, and workshops.
  • Lead successful technical validation efforts based on best practices to ensure technical win in assigned opportunities.
  • Orchestrate supporting resources (Specialists, Channel Resources, Customer Support) to ensure a one-team approach that demonstrates a cohesive strategy.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be promoting end-to-end security solutions that include enterprise security software and/or partner professional services to ensure customers realize business value sooner.

Qualifications and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of data networking and/or modern application design and cloud architectures.
  • The ability to deliver cybersecurity solutions that solve technical challenges and influence new business initiatives.
  • The ability to influence and gain buy-in from key stakeholders, either in a customer-facing or internal role; prior experience in a pre-sales role is ideal.
  • The ability to create and deliver technical presentations, workshops, or technical validation engagements.
  • Experience in selling, designing, implementing, or managing one or more of the following solutions: Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP, and/or SOC Transformation Technologies.
