About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Support Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in supporting and developing enterprise-grade applications, with a strong focus on billing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and support complex applications using various programming languages.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
  • Work on ServiceNow tickets for incident, request, and change management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong coding skills in IBM Informix 4GL, Java, C#, VB.NET, and Shell scripting.
  • Experience in troubleshooting Informix errors and supporting enterprise-scale applications.
