Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to manage and support the administration of our Microsoft-based infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support Exchange Online including mail flow, mailbox management, spam filtering, data loss prevention and policies.
  • Administer Azure resources including virtual machines, storage accounts, and identity services (Azure AD).
  • Oversight of SharePoint site creation, permission management, and user access control.
  • Maintenance and administration of the on-premises Active Directory environment.
  • Lead incident response, change control processes, and root cause analysis for infrastructure related issues.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation, implementing security controls, and remediating audit findings.
  • Ensure system security and integrity across cloud and on-premises environments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management with hands-on experience in Microsoft Cloud and on-premises technologies.
  • Proven expertise in administering Office 365, Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Azure, SharePoint Online, and on-premises Active Directory.
  • Strong understanding of email security, data governance, and compliance in cloud environments.
  • Experience managing SOC 1/2 audits and documentation for compliance.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications:
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
