he Manager – IT Infrastructure will lead the design, implementation, security, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure. The role demands deep expertise in cybersecurity, server management, and IT hardware to ensure high availability, data protection, and compliance with regulatory standards in the Fintech domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • IT Infrastructure Management – Plan, deploy, and manage servers, networks, storage systems, and IT hardware to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
  • Cybersecurity Oversight – Implement and monitor security policies, firewalls, antivirus systems, intrusion prevention, vulnerability assessments, and patch management.
  • Server & Network Administration – Manage Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), cloud services (AWS/Azure), and LAN/WAN networks.
  • Hardware & Asset Management – Oversee procurement, installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other devices.
  • Disaster Recovery & Backup – Establish and maintain backup systems, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity strategies.
  • Compliance & Audit Support – Ensure IT infrastructure complies with industry standards, RBI/NPCI guidelines, and data privacy regulations.
  • Team Leadership – Supervise IT support teams, provide training, and ensure quick resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Vendor Coordination – Manage contracts and service agreements with hardware, software, and telecom vendors.
  • Innovation & Optimization – Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization.

Core Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity tools, protocols, and regulatory requirements in Fintech.
  • Expertise in Server Administration (Windows/Linux), virtualization, cloud platforms, and storage systems.
  • Solid understanding of network security, routing, switching, and firewall management.
  • Experience in IT hardware lifecycle management and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Fintech IT compliance standards and data protection laws.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and vendor management capabilities.

Preferred Industry Exposure
