Job Title: Office Administrator

We seek a diligent and organized professional to manage front office operations, support accounts and HR departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Office & Reception Duties:
    • Manage the front desk, greet visitors with courtesy and professionalism.
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries; route calls to appropriate departments.
    • Maintain visitor logbooks, ID check-ins, and appointment schedules.
  • Accounts Assistance:
    • Assist the accountant in daily bookkeeping activities including data entry in ERP software.
    • Handle vendor bill entries, expense receipts, and invoice preparation.
    • Record petty cash transactions and maintain daily cash flow registers.
  • HR & Admin Support:
    • Maintain and update employee records including attendance, leaves, joining forms, and ID cards.
    • Coordinate interview scheduling, new hire joining formalities, and HR documentation.
    • Assist with issuing offer letters, appointment letters, and relieving letters.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, capable of handling multiple responsibilities ranging from reception duties to accounting assistance and HR coordination.
