Airline Customer Service Representative Job

Are you a customer-centric individual with excellent communication skills? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Airline Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers through multiple channels.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Airline Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting travel products and services. Your primary objective will be to deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Respond professionally to customer queries and calls, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of issues.
  • Sales and Marketing: Promote and sell travel products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Operational Efficiency: Create new reservations, modify existing bookings, and process ticketing/refunds in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Escalate complex queries to senior team members when required, and share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education: High school qualification (or higher) with at least 2 years of experience in airline reservations, ticketing, airport check-ins, or customer service.
  • Skills: Proficiency in a GDS system (Amadeus preferred), strong computer literacy, typing skills, and excellent written and spoken English.
  • Personality Traits: Customer-focused, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure, with a flexible attitude to work shifts and relocate if required.
