Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across diverse sectors.
  • Cultivate relationships with top-level executives to position the company as a preferred innovation partner.
  • Pitch customized innovation programs, including startup challenges and proof-of-concepts, to meet business objectives.
  • Analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities and tailor outreach strategies.
  • Leverage corporate mandates to design impact-driven innovation programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields.
  • MBA or equivalent Master's degree preferred.
  • 4-10+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, business development, or innovation consulting.

Key Competencies:

  • Enterprise Sales & Negotiation - proven track record of closing large accounts.
  • Stakeholder Management - ability to engage with CXOs and cross-functional teams.
  • Innovation & Ecosystem Understanding - knowledge of startups and corporate innovation models.
  • Ownership & Accountability - drive to deliver results independently.
  • Analytical & Presentation Skills - ability to structure proposals and deliver persuasive pitches.
