Job Title: IT Infrastructure Automation Professional

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT infrastructure automation professional to assume key responsibilities in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that streamline IT operations, enhance reliability, and improve scalability across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

This role involves leading initiatives that reduce manual effort, increase consistency, and support critical infrastructure systems while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automation workflows for routine IT operations across Windows and Linux environments.
  • Create and manage scripts for Active Directory (user/group management, GPOs, security settings), DNS & DHCP management.
  • Develop custom automation tools using Python, PowerShell, and Bash to support various infrastructure needs.
  • Automate provisioning, scaling, and monitoring for VMware and Nutanix environments.
  • Implement automated LogicMonitor solutions for proactive issue detection.
  • Build automation scripts for Commvault to manage backup and recovery, including reporting.
  • Use REST APIs to integrate third-party platforms.
  • Leverage Ansible for configuration management across Windows and Linux.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation for all automation solutions, procedures, and systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in an automation-focused or infrastructure engineering role.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
