**Job Title:** Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to support our cloud environments, operating systems, directory services, and enterprise infrastructure.

You will work as a liaison between Infrastructure and Delivery teams, ensuring global standards, security, and operational excellence across multiple platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Manage logical volume management (LVM) and monitor server health to prevent downtime.
  • Administer user authorization and access controls for secure authentication.
  • Deploy, manage, and maintain Linux/Windows instances in AWS/Azure cloud platforms.
  • Configure and manage EC2 firewall settings (security groups, rules, restrictions).
  • Automate deployments with AMIs and CloudFormation templates for efficient resource allocation.
  • Migrate AWS instances across different VPCs to optimize network performance.
  • Set up and maintain AWS services: RDS, Route 53, ELB/ALB for reliable data transmission.
  • Implement and manage IAM roles, users, and access policies for streamlined access control.
  • Execute server patching, decommissioning, file system and network configurations to ensure data integrity.
Required Skills & Expertise:
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
  • Proficiency in Windows and Linux OS administration
  • Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with VMware or other virtualization technologies
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP for secure authentication
