Billing Manager Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Billing Manager to oversee the billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing to clients. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience with billing software.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the billing process from start to finish, including generating and issuing invoices.
- Utilize billing software to process invoices and track billing information accurately.
- Ensure the accuracy of billing information, including pricing, quantities, and discounts, to minimize errors.
- Interact with clients to address billing inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Reconcile billing and revenue data to ensure consistency between records and financial statements.
- Evaluate billing practices to ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and accounting standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in billing management.
- Proficient in billing software and systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
