Technical Resource Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Resource Manager to oversee our CIAM and SIEM & SOAR teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology project management, with expertise in managing offshore teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the offshore team to ensure they meet performance standards and align their work with our strategic goals.
  • Facilitate communication and cross-functional collaboration between offshore contractors and onshore teams.
  • Regularly review and assess the performance of offshore contractors, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as necessary.
  • Evaluate resource allocation to ensure the offshore team is adequately staffed to meet project deadlines.
  • Manage relationships with offshore vendors to ensure contracts are adhered to and quality of work meets our standards.
  • Generate and present regular reports on the performance and progress of the offshore team to senior management.
  • Ensure all offshore operations comply with our policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify training needs and opportunities for offshore contractors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in technology project management, with a focus on managing offshore teams.
  • Familiarity with CIAM and SIEM & SOAR technologies, including products such as Ping Identity, Okta, Transmit Security, and Splunk.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
