Front-End Design and Development Team Lead

We are seeking a world-class Front-End Designer who not only creates visually stunning interfaces but also leads by example. If you have the skills to manage and mentor a team, we want to meet you.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for leading a small team of designers and developers, owning the front-end vision of our digital platforms.
  • As a hands-on leader, you will be involved in designing and developing, managing project timelines, providing mentorship, and ensuring quality standards.
Your Skillset:
  • WordPress (Theme Customization & Front-End Development)
  • Vue.js (component-based architecture, dynamic UI)
  • Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • Deep understanding of UI/UX design, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
  • Front-end performance optimization, SEO best practices, and accessibility
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
What You'll Do:
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a front-end design/development team
  • Own the UI/UX experience across web properties
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and backend teams
  • Architect scalable, clean front-end codebases
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of front-end development experience
  • 2+ years in a leadership or team management capacity
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project execution
  • Ability to balance high-level leadership with hands-on development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
