Director of Automotive Embedded Hardware Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Automotive Embedded Hardware Engineering to lead our team in the development of cutting-edge automotive electronics hardware.

About the Role:

  • Leverage your expertise in electrical engineering and leadership to drive technical innovation and delivery excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test automotive products that meet or exceed customer requirements.
  • Analyze and optimize product designs for performance, quality, and reliability.
  • Maintain and improve processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement plans for new technology adoption, training, and talent development.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading electrical hardware design tasks, reviewing customer specifications, and developing designs that meet their requirements.
  • Proven ability to utilize structured problem-solving techniques for test failure resolution.
  • Familiarity with lab equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, function generators, and multi-meters.

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices.
  • Experience in embedded systems development and automotive electronics.
