Software Development Lead Job Description

This position involves working as a Software Development Lead on embedded automotive systems using various software tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain high-quality software solutions for automotive embedded systems.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop strategic plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Automotive embedded software development experience using Embedded C.
  • Hands-on experience in Modular & Object Oriented- Design.
  • Experience with MATLAB Simulink and Stateflow SW development.
  • Knowledge of Embedded SW & RTOS.
  • Experience with MCU: RL78, STM 32 (8 Bit, 16Bit and 32 Bit).
  • Experience with MIL, SIL and HIL.
  • Auto-code generation skills.
  • Simulation library creation experience.
  • MAAB Guidelines and Model Advisor knowledge.
  • AutoSAR Toolbox and ARXML experience.
  • Development Environment (emulator, crosscompiler) expertise.
  • Field Bus: LIN,CAN, UDS, J1939, I2C, SPI, UART experience.
  • Building a Software Requirements Specification skills.
  • Practical experience in Building a Software Architecture.
  • Practical experience in Building a Software for delivery.
  • SW Configuration & Change Management skills.
  • Knowledge upon Software Tests Phases (Unit/Int/Val).
