Job Title: Power Platform Practice Head

As a Power Platform Practice Head, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and growth of Microsoft Power Platform solutions within our organization. This involves identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their business needs, and promoting the value proposition of Power Platform.

You will build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers in target industries, establishing our organization as a trusted advisor for Power Platform solutions. Your expertise in designing and architecting end-to-end solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents will be essential in providing technical guidance and leadership in implementing best practices and ensuring the scalability, security, and performance of Power Platform solutions.

You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer demands, and opportunities for differentiation in the Power Platform space. Collaboration with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, will be crucial in developing and delivering compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations tailored to clients' specific needs.

Leading negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring the alignment of business objectives and the successful closure of Power Platform deals, will be a key aspect of this role. Additionally, you will monitor and track sales performance metrics, analyze market feedback, and provide insights to improve the sales and marketing strategies related to Power Platform solutions.

Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the Power Platform ecosystem, including new features, updates, and industry best practices, will be essential in identifying partnership opportunities, alliances, and coselling arrangements that enhance our organization's Power Platform offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the technology industry, with a focus on enterprise software or cloud solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully driving business development initiatives, generating leads, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at various levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities, assess customer needs, and develop tailored solutions.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
