Job Title: Power Platform Practice Head

At iLink Digital, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Platform Practice Head to lead our business development efforts in the Microsoft Power Platform space. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and growth of Power Platform solutions among our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive the adoption and growth of Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including enterprises and organizations, to understand their business needs and promote the value proposition of Power Platform.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers in target industries, establishing iLink Digital as a trusted advisor for Power Platform solutions.
  • Design and architect end-to-end solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership in implementing best practices and ensuring the scalability, security, and performance of Power Platform solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer demands, and opportunities for differentiation in the Power Platform space.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations tailored to clients' specific needs.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring the alignment of business objectives and the successful closure of Power Platform deals.
  • Monitor and track sales performance metrics, analyze market feedback, and provide insights to improve the sales and marketing strategies related to Power Platform solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Power Platform ecosystem, including new features, updates, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities, alliances, and co-selling arrangements that enhance iLink Digital's Power Platform offerings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the technology industry, with a focus on enterprise software or cloud solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully driving business development initiatives, generating leads, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at various levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities, assess customer needs, and develop tailored solutions.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
