
Regional Business Growth Strategist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Revenue Generation professional to lead our efforts in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to maximize revenue.
This role requires a proven track record of acquiring new clients through sales and marketing efforts, with a focus on mid-size MNCs in Consumption, Healthcare, and New Economy Verticals. The ideal candidate will also have experience leading a team of IT hiring experts and overseeing staff sourcing using job postings and other platforms.
In addition, the selected individual will be responsible for managing key client accounts as a single point of contact (SPOC) and ensuring the successful delivery of staffing and recruitment services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum 4+ years of experience in new client development for IT/SAP recruitment and contract staffing with hands-on experience in sourcing candidates using job postings.
- Minimum 2 years' experience leading IT staffing or contract staffing practices.
- Prior experience as a Regional/Business Head (IT Staffing) is preferred.
- A hard-core sales professional with a proven track record of maximizing revenue.
- Strong academics records are required.
