Job Title: Business Manager

Job Description

As a key business strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Oil Additives business in the Indian subcontinent. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving challenging sales targets for Oil Additives in India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers at various levels within the organization to acquire new customers
  • Identifying potential target OEMs in the automotive industry and industrial segment and collaborating with them to promote Evonik's Oil Additive technologies/initiatives

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be responsible for:

  • OEM management: Identifying potential target OEMs in the automotive industry and industrial segment and collaborating with them to promote Evonik's Oil Additive technologies/initiatives
  • Channel Management: Determining the most effective sales channels for customers and segments in the region
  • Closely working with departments of principals to support strategic business objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Baseline knowledge of lubricants and its applications is preferred
