We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Executive to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. They will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service, communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university (preferably in healthcare specialisation or sales and marketing).
- 4+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in full sales cycle including deal closing and demonstrated sales success.
- Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi, and good networks with hospitals and healthcare service providers in Mumbai and Maharashtra.
Responsibilities
- Meet business targets within a given timeframe by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff and support administrative staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Organise meetings and close business deals with various hospitals, diagnostic centres, pathological labs, doctors' blood banks, and other healthcare facilities to expand our network and increase revenue.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as needed and providing support to colleagues when required.
