Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with medical professionals and hospitals to establish mutually beneficial alliances and generate referrals.
  • Create and manage digital fundraising campaigns to support patients in need.
  • Lead and grow the Business Development team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
  • Forge new partnerships across various medical verticals, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective strategies and drive results.
  • Establish revenue and partnership goals for the BD team, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed.
  • Maintain existing relationships and client engagement through structured communication and relationship-building efforts.
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in a medical or healthcare startup, preferably in a Business Development or B2C sales role.
  • Strong negotiation, meeting, and closing skills, with the ability to independently source and secure deals.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to travel within the country for business purposes.
