Job Title: Talent Management Specialist

Talent Acquisition and Development
  • Select, develop, and manage a diverse pool of talent to meet the organization's strategic goals.
  • Lead recruitment and hiring process, working closely with senior management to fill open positions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, making hiring recommendations, offering employment contracts, and onboarding new hires.
Compensation and Benefits Administration
  • Process employee payroll accurately, ensuring timely and correct distribution of paychecks.
  • Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, statutory deductions, and other compensation components.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health and travel insurances, statutory, and other company-provided benefits.
Learning and Performance Management
  • Develop and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge across the organization.
  • Manage the performance appraisal process, working with appraisers (goal-setting, feedback, and rating/calibration).
HRIS Administration and Compliance
  • Administer accurate attendance records (leave & work hour).
  • Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring they align with current legal requirements and best practices.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day HR functions, such as responding to employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues.
  • Oversee and manage the organization's HR Information System (HRIS) for employee data/records, including administering payroll with finance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or relevant discipline.
  • At least 8 years in HR generalist role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Meticulous and organized.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and good writing style.
  • Working experience in a multinational environment and business communication with overseas office preferred.

Key Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality is essential.
