Job Title: Hospitality Ambassador

We are seeking a professional and skilled Hospitality Ambassador to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by ensuring that all aspects of the food & beverage department are delivered to the highest levels.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort.
  • Take ownership of duties and tasks assigned, ensuring timely and professional completion.
  • Collaborate with immediate reports to control costs and inventory, and attain productivity and performance levels.
  • Built effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values.
  • Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation, performing follow-up as required.
Requirements:
  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in food & beverage service is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Personal integrity and ability to work in an environment demanding excellence.
  • Able to find creative solutions and take ownership of duties and tasks assigned.
