Responsibilities:
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to products, services, and features
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer service experiences
• Conduct account reviews to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 6-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an international BPO or hospitality industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and customer management skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing priorities
