Leadership Role in Hospitality and Real Estate

This is a senior leadership position responsible for managing, enhancing, and unlocking the performance and value of hospitality and commercial real estate assets. The role demands strategic foresight, financial acumen, operator management, and ownership thinking.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Asset Performance Enhancement
  • Maintain optimal financial and operational performance of all hotel and restaurant assets.
  • Lead the budgeting process with operating partners to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews versus budgets; analyze deviations and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze key metrics such as RevPAR, GOP, ADR, occupancy, and EBITDA trends to optimize ROI.
  • Benchmark against industry data and STR reports to ensure competitiveness.
  1. Commercial Asset Development
  • Manage leasing, tenant relationships, and yield enhancement at various commercial properties.
  • Oversee CAM, tenant compliance, facilities, and lifecycle maintenance.
  • Develop monetization strategies through leasing, joint ventures, or selective exits.
  1. Land Bank Strategy
  • Drive the development of land banks in key markets.
  • Select and manage contractors, architects, and brand/operator partners for new projects.
  • Evaluate feasibility, design concepts, and financial models for new hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments.
  • Ensure timely execution and statutory approvals.
  1. Brand & Operator Partnerships
  • Identify and evaluate suitable hotel brands across segments.
  • Negotiate management agreements and commercial terms.
  • Govern operator relationships to ensure compliance with company objectives.
  1. Reporting & Strategic Input
  • Maintain MIS dashboards and board presentations on asset performance.
  • Support the MD in preparing investment strategy papers and deal structuring.
  • Track hospitality and real estate trends for informed decision making.

  • Ability to handle operator negotiations, feasibility analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and execution coordination ability.
  • Willingness to travel periodically.
