We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our team. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's computer systems, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Manage and maintain the company's computer systems, including servers, workstations, and network infrastructure.">
  • Ensure system uptime and availability, performing regular maintenance tasks such as backups, updates, and troubleshooting.">
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure that our services meet client expectations and deliver quality results within specified service level agreements (SLAs).">
  • Collaborate with internal technology teams, leadership, and clients to ensure timely resolution of issues.">
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to ensure technical solutions are compatible with our business needs and strategic objectives.">
  • Assume responsibility to improve service, efficiency, and quality of work.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • ">
  • 2+ years of experience as a Linux/Unix System Administrator.">
  • VCS (Veritas Cluster) experience is required.">
  • Expertise on at least 2 flavors of Unix, including Linux.">
  • Deep understanding of Linux OS and ability to handle day-to-day admin tasks.">
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills to fix system down issues.">
  • Ability to handle critical and high-severity technical bridges.">
  • Puppet/Ansible knowledge is an added advantage.">
  • Knowledge of clustering, Linux server build, and OS upgrades.">
  • Understanding of different hardware architecture, roadmap, and implementation.">
  • Capacity and configuration management analysis of servers.">
  • ITIL certification.">
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.">
  • Keen to learn new development methods and technologies.">
  • Team player with a positive attitude.">
  • Knowledge of virtualization.">
  • Experience in automation, data center, DR, and server migrations.">
  • Team handling experience is an added advantage.">
