Job Title: Vehicle Maintenance Specialist

 

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing complex machinery and equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency.

  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plant machinery to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to resolve equipment issues and implement solutions that improve overall efficiency.

 

Maintenance & Compliance

  • Develop and implement accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with plant standards to create a safe working environment.
  • Support audits and inspections by providing relevant documentation to demonstrate our commitment to quality and safety.

 

Technical Support

  • Utilize diagnostic tools and instruments to identify faults and recommend effective solutions to resolve equipment issues.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to develop and implement technical support strategies that improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.

 

Inventory & Tools Management

  • Manage spare parts inventory and request replacements as needed to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and safety gear to prevent accidents and injuries.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Relevant diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Automobile Engineering.
  • Basic knowledge of PLCs, motors, sensors, and industrial automation.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
  • Familiarity with TPM, 5S, and Kaizen practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns.
