About this Role

This is a leadership position responsible for spearheading event planning and execution. The role requires effective management of high-profile events to ensure seamless alignment with our strategic objectives and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a team in designing and executing diverse events, fostering creativity and expertise.
  • Develop and manage event budgets to meet financial targets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and transparency.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions, emphasizing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Oversee vendor selection and management for quality service delivery, maintaining high standards of professionalism.
  • Monitor event logistics and on-site operations for smooth execution, anticipating potential issues and resolving them efficiently.
  • Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for future enhancements, driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in event planning and management principles.
  • At least 5 years of experience in event planning and management, showcasing a track record of successful event execution and leadership.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
