As we grow, we are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Associate to support our efforts in expanding our reach, strengthening client relationships, and amplifying our brand presence.

The Sales and Marketing Lead will play a critical role in supporting the marketing and sales efforts to drive growth. This position involves pre-sales support, business development, client relationship management, and executing marketing and thought leadership initiatives to ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive pre-sales processes: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess market trends. Collaborate with the team to develop tailored proposals for prospective clients. Support revenue analysis to optimize business development strategies. Contribute to creating a strategic sales pipeline and lead generation strategy.
  • Sales strategy development: Work closely with leadership to create targeted sales strategies tailored to client needs. Analyze client needs and market insights to craft solutions that align with 4th Wheel's expertise. Support efforts to identify new opportunities for service expansion and scale in existing markets.
  • Client engagement & retention: Help develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster retention. Support account management activities to enhance client experiences and ensure ongoing partnerships. Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure that services meet their expectations. Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities to improve offerings.
  • Marketing & Branding: Develop and curate content for the company's online platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and a strong brand voice. Produce engaging marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and newsletters. Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing promotional materials.
  • Manage events: Plan and execute marketing campaigns aimed at raising brand awareness and engaging current and potential clients. Organize and manage events, conferences, and webinars to increase visibility and foster networking. Track and analyze the performance of campaigns to inform future marketing efforts.
  • Thought leadership & industry presence: Contribute to the creation of thought leadership content such as blogs, case studies, white papers, etc. Support engagement in speaking opportunities or webinars to elevate 4th Wheel's profile and attract potential clients. Collaborate with leadership to support 4th Wheel's positioning as a thought leader in the M&E consulting space.
  • Oversee online presence: Manage the company's digital footprint, including the website, social media profiles, and online marketing initiatives. Ensure the company's website is up-to-date with relevant information, case studies, and success stories. Lead initiatives to grow followers and engagement on social media platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2–4 years in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably with experience in pre-sales, client management, or partnerships.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year.
