Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Marketing and Content Associate to join our team at 4th Wheel Social Impact. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies to elevate our brand presence and drive engagement across various digital platforms.

This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for social impact and a keen interest in creating engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. Responsibilities
  • Content Creation and Strategy:
    • Craft and schedule engaging posts for LinkedIn and other social media platforms to highlight our expertise, impact, and industry insights.
    • Develop and manage monthly newsletters that share company updates, key insights, and thought leadership articles.
    • Research, write, and showcase client success stories and project outcomes through compelling case studies.
    • Write and manage website content to ensure messaging is clear, engaging, and aligned with our goals.
  • Event and Webinar Management:
    • Organize and manage webinars and other online events from initial planning to execution and post-event follow-ups.
    • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of events.
    • Create content around events (summaries, highlights) and track event performance to refine future initiatives.
  • Digital Marketing and Website Oversight:
    • Manage and update the company's website content to maintain relevance and consistency with ongoing campaigns.
    • Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure an optimized user experience across the website.
    • Use web analytics to monitor performance and improve content engagement and conversion rates.
  • Campaign Execution and Performance Tracking:
    • Assist in the execution of various marketing campaigns that align with our goals, ensuring consistent messaging across channels.
    • Maintain and update a content calendar for marketing activities, ensuring timely execution and alignment with broader strategic objectives.
    • Track the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns, providing reports and insights for continuous improvement.
    Requirements
    • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or content creation, ideally in a digital marketing or social impact setting.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including LinkedIn, email marketing, and basic SEO.
    • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva (or similar) and experience with content planning and scheduling tools.
    • Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Sector experience: Familiarity with the social sector or experience working with non-profits, NGOs, or social enterprises is beneficial but not required.
