Job Overview

We seek an accomplished mechanical engineer to lead our design, development, and manufacturing support for mechanical systems and components. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead mechanical design and development of parts, assemblies, and systems.
  • Conduct engineering analysis including stress, thermal, and tolerance studies.
  • Drive process enhancements to improve product quality and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, manufacturing, and quality engineering.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare engineering documentation, specifications, and change orders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD "Inventor".
  • Experience with mechanical analysis and simulation (FEA, thermal).
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering challenges with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
