Project Manager EPC Role

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall success of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects. This includes managing project teams to design and execute projects, as well as ensuring the operation and maintenance of those projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute mechanical systems for EPC projects. Conduct feasibility studies and assess mechanical and electrical requirements for projects.
  • Specification Development: Develop electrical and mechanical specifications and standards for EPC projects. Oversee the procurement of electrical and mechanical equipment and materials.
  • Installation and Commissioning: Supervise the installation and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems in accordance with project specifications. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during installation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with experience in relevant sectors between 4-12 years.
  • Proven experience in mechanical design and project management for EPC projects.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using electrical design software and project management tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Auto Cad.
