Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated executive to oversee company policies, ensure compliance, and streamline administrative operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, takes ownership, and is eager to contribute to creating a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, implement, and update policies ensuring compliance with internal practices and external statutory requirements.
  • Maintain employee documentation, assist with onboarding/offboarding processes, and monitor labor law compliance.
  • Ensure fire safety protocols are in place, conduct regular fire extinguisher checks, and coordinate with consultants for regulatory audits and certifications.
  • Oversight of facility management, office assets, housekeeping, courier, stationery, and utilities to ensure smooth running of daily office operations.
  • Maintain records and reports for internal audits and statutory inspections, and prepare compliance checklists and monthly reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations and administration, including knowledge of labor laws and fire safety protocols.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Nice to Have: Exposure to ISO, safety audits, or OSHA standards, and familiarity with HRMS platforms and digital documentation tools.
