Job Title: Liaison Officer

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain and renew mandatory licenses and approvals.
  • Regulatory Approvals & Licensing
    • Obtain and renew PCPNDT Act approvals, ART Registration (Level 1 & Level 2 Clinics), Bombay Nursing Home Registration, Fire NOC / Fire Safety clearances, Change of Usage and Municipal Permissions, Bio-Medical Waste Management approvals, Pollution Control Board clearance, Trade license and other relevant compliances also under the scope of liaison officer.
    • Ensure timely renewal of all licenses without lapse.
Government & External Liaison
  • Build and maintain relationships with local statutory bodies, Police, and Nodal Officers for compliance and inspections, Municipal Corporations, State Health Departments, Fire Department, and Urban Development Authorities.
  • ART/PCPNDT advisory boards and medical councils.
Documentation & Compliance
  • Prepare, verify, and submit all required documents for regulatory applications.
  • Maintain updated compliance registers for each clinic location.
  • Handle audits, inspections, and queries from authorities.
  • Ensure strict adherence to PCPNDT, ART Act, and local/state healthcare regulations.
Operational Support
  • Work closely with Expansion/Projects team during clinic setup to ensure compliance timelines align with fit-out and launch schedules.
  • Coordinate with architects, project managers, and legal teams to ensure regulatory requirements are embedded in clinic design and operations.
