About the Position:

  • Develop and maintain advanced testing strategies to ensure high-quality software.\
  • Design and implement automated test frameworks using tools like Selenium, Python/Java, and Cucumber.\
  • Lead comprehensive testing strategies for functional and non-functional testing.\
  • Conduct thorough regression testing and identify edge cases.\
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in testing and automation.\
  • Collaborate with development teams to apply rigorous testing methodologies.\
  • Track and report quality metrics to drive improvements in the development cycle.\
  • Oversee end-to-end testing processes from initial development to final release.\\

Key Requirements:

  • \
  • 5+ years of experience designing and maintaining test automation frameworks.\
  • Proficiency in Selenium, Python/Java, TestNG, and Cucumber, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.\
  • Solid experience with performance/concurrency testing tools like JMeter or LoadNinja.\
  • Strong documentation skills for maintaining clear test plans and reports.\
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers.\\
