Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Project Department. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, planning, and execution.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will be responsible for assisting in planning, organizing, and executing project tasks, supporting project documentation, reporting, and tracking, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing project tasks
  • Support project documentation, reporting, and tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Participate in project meetings and take minutes
  • Help identify and resolve project-related issues
  • Maintain project files and records in an organized manner

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline
  • Experience: 0 to 6 months (Freshers are welcome)
  • Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Bullet point list item demonstrates understanding of project workflows
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
    • Eagerness to learn and contribute to team success
