Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our Oracle Utilities implementation team. This role involves working directly with clients in Saudi Arabia to oversee the successful delivery of project deliverables, ensuring business value meets customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing day-to-day tasks of small teams, adhering to scope, schedule, and budget of projects. This is an onsite position located in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the successful delivery of project deliverables, ensuring business value meets customer expectations.
  • Create and maintain PMO artifacts, such as the project plan and JIRA board, to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
  • Track risks and issues, facilitate problem resolution, and manage communication and escalation of issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide project status reports and debriefs to leadership on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Oracle product teams, developers, testers, and project managers.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment.
  • Provide go-live and post-implementation support to ensure solution effectiveness.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the business and IT organizations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the Utilities domain.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in the utilities (water, gas, electric) industry.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall and agile).
  • Experienced in leading projects utilizing standard project management tools (MS project, JIRA, Smartsheet, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable providing project updates to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, promote effective communication, resolve conflict, and handle conflicting priorities.
  • Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills and a keen interest in delivering high-quality deliverables.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
