IT Operations Specialist Job

As an IT operations specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support and expertise in SAP APO modules. Your role will involve partnering with business users to resolve complex technical issues, ensuring smooth business processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support for SAP APO modules (DP, SNP, PP/DS, gATP).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to resolve critical incidents and requests.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure seamless operations.
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer to team members and key users.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in SAP APO modules: DP, SNP, PP/DS, or gATP.
  • Strong understanding of SAP ECC (MM, PP, SD) integration.
  • Expertise in incident, change, and problem management.
  • Experience with CIF integration and master data consistency.
