Engineering Support Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of series production worldwide.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide engineering support for various plants, working closely with colleagues across different departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Create new components/products using CREO software and implement design changes efficiently.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze customer complaints and perform proto building activities on shop floors.
  • Engineering Calculations: Perform tolerance analysis, Design FMEA, and other critical calculations to ensure product quality.
  • Document Control: Implement engineering document change requests with ECR and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: B.E./M.Tech in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering with 2-5 years of relevant experience from Hydraulics industries.
  • Must-Haves:
    • Knowledge of Industrial hydraulic valves and components.
    • CREO software expertise: modeling, assembly, drawing of machined parts.
    • Experience in designing machined components and knowledge of manufacturing technologies.
    • Understanding of FMEA and tolerance analysis.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Nice-to-Haves:
    • Structural FEM knowledge/experience.
    • SAP and PDM knowledge.
    • Casting design expertise.
