Job Title

A technical support specialist is responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving product-related issues.

This role involves delivering timely and efficient incident resolution by conducting root cause analysis, implementing preventative measures, and sharing knowledge with the team.

  • Interacting with customers through various communication channels to resolve support incidents
  • Resolving customer issues within established service level agreements
  • Documenting customer incidents with troubleshooting, root cause, and resolution information
  • Adhering to internal processes, policies, and guidelines on collaboration, escalation, and communication
  • Contributing to the development of an internal and external knowledge base for faster incident resolution

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a product support environment interacting with English-speaking customers via calls, emails, and chat preferably in the US.

Key skills required include effective verbal and written communication skills in English, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for technology.

The technical support specialist will collaborate closely with core engineering teams daily and be responsible for owning and driving technical issues through to resolution.

The team utilizes various technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, SQL, and NoSQL databases.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can effectively communicate technical details to diverse audiences and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
